Saber Steel is a part of a joint venture with Adelphis Metals where large quantities of Owens Corning “PINKBAR™” product along with along with their structural “Mateenbar™” are stocked at our shop just north of Memphis.
This venture is designed for order processing, which includes cut-to-length and specific quantity ordering, to be shipped nationwide. Over the past few years we have shipped as far north as Maine and as far west as Hawaii.
PINKBAR™ Fiberglas™ Rebar is a lightweight, rust-free reinforcement olution for concrete over traditional steel rebar. It is designed for use in flatwork/slabs-on-grade, and residential footings and foundation walls.
PINKBAR™ Fiberglas™ Rebar meets the physical and mechanical requirements of ASTM D7957 material standard for Solid Round Glass Fiber Reinforces Polymer (GFRP) Bars for Concrete Reinforcement. It is made with a boron-free Advantex© E-CR glass fibers and epoxy resin. Proprietary sand coating enables superior bonding with concrete.
